Reubens Cottage

Reubens Cottage is a three-storey terraced house in Fremington, sleeping 5 across three bedrooms, each served by its own bathroom. Fremington itself sits on the River Taw, with a historic quay, a nature reserve and access to the Southwest Coastal Path. A cloakroom sits just inside the front door, leading through to an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor.

The first floor holds a sitting room with an electric fire and a single bedroom with dual access to an en-suite shower room, so the bathroom is reachable from both the landing and the bedroom. On the second floor, a double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom shares the third bathroom, which has a bath and handheld shower.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and gas central heating covers the house. A Smart TV, WiFi and a shelf of books cover evenings in, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

Roadside parking is available for one car, with a second vehicle able to use a space in front of the designated garage in the block behind the house. The rear garden is enclosed and set over multiple levels, with a patio and furniture for outdoor meals. No pets are allowed, the house is no smoking throughout, and hen or stag parties are not accepted. The shop is half a mile away, the pub 0.7 miles, and the River Taw 0.9 miles.
