Hole Park

Hole Park sits in a quiet wooded valley on the upper reaches of the River Tamar, about 4.7 miles from Holsworthy. This single-storey property sleeps 7 across four bedrooms, including a king-size room with an en-suite bath and walk-in shower. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the house, plus a separate cloakroom.

Guests enter through a covered porch into the utility room, which houses the washing machine, then through to the kitchen with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and air fryer. The living/dining room has a TV and dining seating for the group, and a separate snug has a woodburning stove and a second TV for quieter evenings.

Two further bedrooms sit alongside the en-suite king-size room, with a single room also available, all on the single storey. Oil-fired central heating runs throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and WiFi covers the property.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture for meals outdoors. Off-road parking is provided, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 3.4 miles away with a pub 0.6 miles. A gated lake sits near the property, worth noting if travelling with young children.
