Millpond Stables

This converted barn sits in Clawton, near Holsworthy, on a site positioned between the Devon and Cornwall borders. The location makes it practical for reaching both coastlines: Bude is 13 miles away with its beaches, outdoor sea pool and town amenities. Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac are each within an hour's drive, and Dartmoor National Park lies 21 miles away.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and microwave, with ample seating around the dining table. Large doors in the lounge lead directly to the patio. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV-DVD player; the twin bedroom offers a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super king-size on request. One shower room with WC serves both bedrooms. A Smart TV and radio are provided in the lounge.

Outside, an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a washing line adjoins a large lawn where football goals and footballs are provided. A summerhouse is available for guests, and woodland walks lead from the pond; children require supervision near the water. Off-road parking is available on site.

A welcome pack and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged. Supermarket delivery is available from Waitrose, Asda and Tesco. Shops and pubs are 3 miles away; the nearest beach is 12 miles. Dogs are not permitted. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
