The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen and dining area with bi-folding doors onto the garden, an island with seating for two, a Rangemaster double oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. A utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. A snug off the dining area offers a quieter spot for games or reading, while a separate lounge has a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and a Smart TV. A refurbished play-room with table football is included, and a highchair and travel cot are available for younger visitors.

A shop, train station and pub are within around a mile, useful for those wanting to walk rather than drive. Dogs cannot be accommodated at this property.
