Hidden Gem

This property sits under a mile from the centre of Torquay, within easy reach of the harbour and seafront. It sleeps seven across four bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two upstairs.

The ground floor holds a single bedroom and a super-king-size bedroom, along with a shower room and WC. Upstairs, cobbled walls and beams give character to a double bedroom and a king-size master suite with its own TV, and the family bathroom here has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air-fryer and coffee machine, and leads through to a conservatory with board games and a grand lounge/dining room with high ceilings, a chandelier and patio doors onto the garden. A stairgate is provided for younger guests.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn, seating for dining outdoors and a private hot tub; guests should bring their own towels for hot tub use. Off-road parking is provided for one vehicle, with additional on-street parking available nearby.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is available at the property, and a local shop and pub are both within a short walk. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.
