Avenue Park Villa

Avenue Park Villa stands close to the grounds of Torre Abbey in Torquay, a townhouse with a front garden terrace and allocated parking. Steps lead up to the front door and there are some steps inside, so it suits guests who are comfortable with stairs. The house sleeps 7 across three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A ground-floor king-size bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, and sits alongside the kitchen/diner and a sitting room whose windows overlook the recreation park at Chelston. The kitchen runs to an electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, wine fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, with a dining table for family meals.

Upstairs, a second king-size bedroom and a family room with a super-king zip/link bed, which can also be arranged as a twin, plus a single, each have their own en-suite walk-in shower. A further bathroom with a bath serves the household at busy times, and every bedroom and living space has a Smart TV.

Avenue Park Villa takes one medium dog or two small well-behaved dogs, and is only suitable for a maximum of four adults and three children or teenagers. Dogs must not be left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture or upstairs, and owners should bring their own dog bedding and clear up after them. Stag, hen and other group bookings aren't accepted. A cot and highchair are available on request, and the non-enclosed front garden has patio furniture for a morning coffee. Parking is in an allocated space with roadside spaces nearby, fuel and power are included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted.
