Glenwood is a second-floor apartment in the centre of Woolacombe, reached by an external staircase and a communal entrance door shared with one other flat, with 16 external steps and 18 internal steps to the front door. The sitting room has sea views, an inviting window seat and a dining area, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The king-size double bedroom has its own TV, and a twin bedroom sits alongside it, sharing the bathroom, which has a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The fitted kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and two TVs with Freeview and DVD cover the sitting room and main bedroom, along with WiFi throughout.

Gas central heating runs through the apartment, and a hallway inside the entrance gives space for boots and coats. An allocated parking space is provided for 1 car. No pets are allowed, and the apartment is no smoking throughout.

Shops, pubs and restaurants are 5 minutes' walk away, and the award-winning beach is close by too, popular with surfers as well as families. The apartment does not accept short stay bookings in July or August, so plan on booking a full week if you want to visit during peak summer.
