Foxglove Barn

Foxglove Barn sits within a small development of barns a couple of miles from South Brent, on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps 7 across a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bath, a family room with a double and single bed and en-suite shower, and a double sofa bed in the upstairs sitting room.

The ground-floor kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with french doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs, the sitting room has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an electric fire. A cloakroom/utility room holds a washing machine, WC and basin, and WiFi covers the property, with fuel, power, bed linen, dressing gowns and towels included in the rent.

Outside, the patio has furniture, a private hot tub and a barbecue. The hot tub is not available on the morning of check-out, as it needs draining for cleaning, and may not reach full temperature until the day after arrival. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, with secure bike storage; the property's insurance does not allow EV charging on site, though a 16-point charging station is a short drive away in Buckfast. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available on request.

Foxglove Barn does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. Bookings need a minimum of 2 nights, with peak weeks accepted as week-long stays only. The shop and pub are both 1.8 miles away.
