Flat 2 The Moorings is a first-floor apartment in a harbourside position in Torquay, with sea views across Torbay and the marina. The sitting room has an electric fire, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a Smart TV, and the adjoining kitchen/diner is set up for everyday self-catering, making it easy to settle in for a short break or a longer stay.

The single bedroom is a king-size room, and the bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower over, is reached through it. If a third guest uses the sofa bed in the living area, bathroom access is via the main bedroom, so the layout suits couples or small families who don't mind sharing the route through to freshen up.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and there's WiFi and a Smart TV throughout. The apartment sleeps 4.

There's no pets and no smoking. A public car park nearby is available at an extra cost. Shops and a pub are within a couple of minutes' walk, and a passenger ferry opposite the building runs across the bay to Brixham, Paignton and Dartmouth, useful for day trips without needing the car. Paignton, Brixham and the open landscapes of Dartmoor are all within easy reach.
