Flat 18 Clifton Court

Flat 18 Clifton Court is a second-floor apartment in Putsborough, on the North Devon coast, sleeping four across two bedrooms. A king-size and a twin room both have pleasant views, and the master benefits from a picture window that frames the sea. Entry is via split-level steps, so the apartment is not suited to anyone who cannot manage stairs.

The open-plan living area is laid out across a contemporary kitchen, a lounge with large windows and patio doors, and a dining section that can be screened off with folding doors. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and a 50" Smart TV sits in the lounge. A tumble dryer is available in the shared utility area for a small charge.

The glass-fronted balcony looks out from Baggy Point to Morte Point and is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a practical spot for meals or an evening drink. Putsborough Beach is around 200 metres from the door, and the shared indoor heated swimming pool and dry sauna for up to four people are available within the complex.

Private parking is provided for one car, with limited additional guest parking on site. No dogs are permitted. Croyde is roughly two miles away and Woolacombe around three, both offering shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach of the apartment.
