This apartment occupies the top floor of a small complex in Putsborough, reached via two flights of stairs, which makes it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. There is no lift. An inner porch gives useful storage space for surfboards and beach gear before you head up.

The open-plan living area has a large picture window and patio doors leading onto a private balcony that overlooks the beach, furnished with garden furniture for outdoor meals. The kitchen sits in one corner, with a dining table positioned to make the most of the outlook. Two bedrooms provide sleeping for up to four guests: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin room served by a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Practical extras include a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer in the shared utility area for a small additional charge. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and internet access is provided. One car can be parked in an allocated space, with limited additional guest parking nearby.

Guests can use a shared indoor heated swimming pool with a toddler pool, part of the wider complex facilities. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
