Putsborough Retreat

This ground-floor apartment at Putsborough sits within a small complex roughly 300 metres from the beach, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second has 2'6" twin beds that can be made up as a king-size continental style on request. A single family bathroom serves both rooms, with a shower over the bath and WC.

The living space is practical and well arranged. A porch at the entrance takes sandy shoes or muddy boots before you reach the lounge, which has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and patio doors that open to the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and Wi-Fi is included. No dogs are permitted.

Outside, two seating areas include a patio dining table for alfresco meals and a separate spot with a sea view. The communal heated swimming pool and toddler pool are right next to the apartment. One allocated parking space is provided.

Croyde and Georgeham are both within a mile, between them offering pubs, shops and tearooms. Woolacombe lies at the far end of a three-mile stretch of sand, and the South West Coast Path passes nearby for walkers.
