Fairways

Fairways is a bungalow sitting between Mortehoe and Woolacombe, with all its rooms on one level and distant sea views from the front of the property. The open-plan sitting and dining area leads into a conservatory, a good spot for a coffee while children play safely in the enclosed garden.

The three bedrooms sleep 5 in total: a king-size double with its own en-suite shower room, a twin, and a single with TV, sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Booking is limited to a maximum of 5 people including infants. The kitchen has a breakfast bar alongside the main dining space.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there's a TV and WiFi in the sitting area. Gas central heating covers the bungalow, with fuel and power included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available on request, and a garage on site is for storage rather than parking.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car on the driveway, and the garden has seating and a barbecue. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed. The nearest pub or restaurant is a mile away, with shops and the beach around 2 miles further on.
