This retreat sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms, all arranged on the ground floor once you're through the front door. There's a super-king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, a king-size double, and a single room, alongside a family shower room; both shower rooms have walk-in showers and underfloor heating. Twelve shallow steps with a handrail lead up from the parking area to the entrance.

The kitchen has a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, with a separate utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining area opens through French doors to a decked terrace, and a snug at the back of the house offers a second sitting space with its own Smart TV, opening onto a patio. The main living room has sofas, a Smart TV, and a raised nook with a desk and views over the coast and countryside.

Outside, terraces and patios wrap around the house, with a sea-facing lawn reached via garden steps, a sheltered BBQ area with a Weber charcoal kettle barbecue, and a pebbled courtyard for drying laundry. The garden is landscaped on different levels, so children and vulnerable guests need supervision on the steps. Private parking is available for three to four cars, plus on-site EV charging for a weekly fee of £45, though the access road up to the property is shared with other residents.

This is a self-contained sleeps-5 version of a larger house, which can also be booked with two further upstairs bedrooms for eight guests. It sits about half a mile from the beach, shops and cafes in Woolacombe, with the clifftop village of Mortehoe roughly 1.5 miles along the coast path. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and dogs are not permitted. Guests should bring their own log-in details for subscription services on the Smart TVs, and smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on site.
