Curlew At Cotmore

This lodge at Cotmore, near Kingsbridge, sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits a family or group wanting easy access to South Hams countryside without giving up modern comforts indoors.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is the heart of the lodge, with a large corner sofa facing a smart TV and DVD player, and countryside views from the dining table. The kitchen has an electric combi oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, while a separate closet by the entrance houses the washing machine and dryer.

Underfloor heating and central heating are included throughout, and the property is described as having increased accessibility, with further details available on request.

Outside, a large enclosed rear garden and a separate patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ give scope for outdoor meals. Allocated parking is provided for two cars, and Wi-Fi is included. Smoking is not permitted, and up to two medium-sized dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
