This single-storey apartment sleeps two and suits couples seeking a quiet escape. It stands adjacent to the owner's home, 1.5 miles from Woolacombe and its three-mile beach. The private entrance descends three steps from the car park, then rises four steps to the front door. Inside, the open-plan living area contains a bright, spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, separated from the kitchen-diner by wide double doors with curtains. The compact kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. A king-size bed occupies the single bedroom, which includes an en-suite shower room.

French doors from the dining area open onto a wide wooden deck with countryside and distant sea views, enclosed by a low wooden fence. Comfortable outdoor seating is provided. A shared garden with a water feature is also available. The property is not suitable for children under 8. Up to 2 dogs are permitted; additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available, though the child-age restriction applies.

Woolacombe itself offers shops, cafes and restaurants, whilst Mortehoe village 1.5 miles away provides a tearoom, pubs and a Heritage Centre exploring the area's maritime past. The beach lies 1.6 miles away; a pub and shop are 1.5 miles from the property.
