On the second floor of a building a short walk from the sand, this one-bedroom apartment in Woolacombe is reached by a flight of stairs and arranged across a single open level. Solid oak floors and contemporary furnishings run throughout, and natural light fills the space during the day.

The lounge opens directly onto a small balcony equipped with garden furniture, where views stretch across Woolacombe beach and the coastline beyond, well placed for watching the sun drop over the water in the evening. The balcony also has lockable storage for surfboards. Inside, the kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge alongside a small dining table and seating. A cloakroom with WC sits off the main living area, separate from the bathroom.

The king-size zip-and-link bed can be configured as two singles on request, and the bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and WC. The apartment sleeps two and no dogs are permitted.

A private parking space is included. The beach, a pub and a shop are all within 200 metres. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, though guests should bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
