This ground-floor apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms and sits close to the beach at Woolacombe, within easy reach of the shop and pub. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has patio doors opening onto a private terrace furnished for outdoor dining.

The king-size bedroom has its own ensuite shower room with WC, while the twin room (which can be made up as a king-size bed on request) is served by a separate family shower room with WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Smart TV is provided in both the lounge and the master bedroom.

Guests staying here can also make use of shared leisure facilities on site, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, plus a games room and an external heated surf shower. The pool, sauna and gym must be pre-booked in hourly slots up to two weeks ahead through the guest services team, and these facilities close over Christmas Day and Boxing Day. One off-road parking space is allocated to the apartment, and an electric vehicle charging pod is available on site by prior arrangement.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair can be requested ahead of arrival. Check-in is from 5pm and check-out is by 10am.
