Located 400 metres from the beach in Woolacombe, this second-floor apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The king-size room has its own en-suite shower room, while the twin room, whose zip-and-link beds can be configured as a king-size on request, is served by the family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area forms the social centre of the apartment, fitted with a kitchen island, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave and a Bosch coffee machine. A Smart TV sits in the lounge, and a furnished balcony extends the living space outdoors for morning coffee or an evening drink. One allocated off-road parking space is included, and electric vehicle charging is available on site.

Guests have access to shared communal leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and games rooms. The pool, sauna and gym are bookable in one-hour slots, open 9 am to 5 pm in low season and 8 am to 6 pm in high season, and all three close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The sandy beach is under a five-minute walk, and the shoreline runs three miles south to Putsborough. The South West Coast Path passes close by, and Exmoor National Park is less than eight miles away, giving guests a practical combination of beach and walking in a single stay.
