Cloverwell

Cloverwell is a cottage annexe on the edge of Woodleigh, with countryside views across the surrounding fields. The whole property sits on the first floor, reached up a short flight of stairs from the entrance lobby, and sleeps 2 in a single double bedroom.

The open-plan living area combines a renovated kitchen, dining space and sitting room around a sofa and TV, and the double bedroom has plenty of storage along with the same rural views over breakfast. A shower room with shower, basin and WC completes the layout.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and washing machine, plus an iron and ironing board, and WiFi is included. Central heating covers the property, with fuel and power included in the rent, and a landline telephone is available for calls. Outside, a small lawned garden gives space to sit out, and off-road parking is provided.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, for a charge per stay, and a returnable bond applies. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A shop and a pub are both within 3 miles, and the market towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe are a few miles away, each with further shops, pubs and cafes, with the South West Coast Path within easy reach for walkers.
