Springfield Farm

Springfield Farm is a single-storey house on the outskirts of Moreleigh, near Halwell, with Woodleigh the nearest destination page. Vaulted ceilings and skylights fill the open-plan living space with natural light, and the property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread over a 225 square metre floor plan.

The super-king-size bedroom has its own TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, multi-jet shower, basin and WC. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room with basin and WC of its own, plus a TV, while the twin bedroom uses a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has electric double ovens, an induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and the open-plan living area has a wall-mounted TV with Sky, Netflix and Prime, a DVD player and WiFi. A separate study or reading room offers a quieter space, and a utility area holds the washing machine. Oil central heating with underfloor heating and an electric fire cover the house, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a front patio has furniture and the rear garden offers a lawn, terrace and pond, though the grounds are not fenced or enclosed. Springfield Farm takes one well-behaved dog, and ample off-road parking is provided. Sorry, no under 5's, and the property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. There are a couple of steps to the front and more steps in the back garden, and smoking is not permitted.
