Cholwell Barn Apartment

Cholwell Barn Apartment is a reverse-level barn conversion in Mary Tavy on the western edge of Dartmoor National Park, with the main living space on the first floor and views over the owner's orchard. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and suits couples or families who don't mind a flight of stairs to the sitting room.

A ground-floor twin bedroom has its own TV, next to a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus its own balcony over the orchard.

The first-floor kitchen and dining area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, alongside a washer/dryer, Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. An electric fire warms the sitting area and oil-fired central heating covers the rest of the apartment. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children.

Outside, a private lawn and patio have furniture for outdoor meals, and there's secure bike storage with an electric supply for recharging e-bikes. Parking is ample and off-road. The village shop is half a mile away and the pub 0.4 miles. No pets are allowed, smoking is not permitted, and a 7-night booking must run Friday to Friday.
