Casper Retreat

This single-storey annexe near Mortehoe sleeps two and welcomes up to two dogs, making it a practical base for walkers exploring North Devon's coast and countryside. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00, and private parking is available for one car at the front of the property.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the annexe. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and there is a glass dining table for meals. A Smart TV and DVD player are on hand for evenings in, and a separate WC sits just off the kitchen. The double bedroom is at the rear and features a vaulted ceiling, antique-style furniture and an en-suite shower cubicle.

Outside, a private patio with outdoor furniture and pot plants provides a spot for alfresco dining. Guests can also use the owner's landscaped garden. The owner offers a full breakfast during your stay, bookable and payable directly with the owner. Cycle storage is also available on site.

The surrounding countryside suits dog walks well, and the South West Coast Path is accessible nearby at Lee Bay. Shops are around 3.5 miles away and a pub approximately 3 miles, so a car is useful for everyday provisions and beach trips.
