Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a super king-size bed, which can be separated into two singles by request at the time of booking. One bathroom contains a shower over the bath and WC. The kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave and fridge with freezing compartment. A shared laundry room with washing machine is available to guests.

A private patio with table and benches offers outdoor space for dining or relaxation. Private parking for one car is onsite; village car parking approximately five minutes' walk away requires a permit obtainable via the Ring Go app, though spaces are not guaranteed. One dog is permitted; additional charges may apply.

Access involves 26 external steps up to the front door. Walkers can reach Morte Point and Bull Point on a 6-mile route from the village car park, passing cliffs, rocky headlands and sandy bays where seals and birds are often spotted.
