Breakers

Breakers is a first-floor apartment within easy reach of the beach at Woolacombe, with pubs and shops also within walking distance. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits families, couples or groups of friends sharing.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space, with a wood burner-effect electric fire and TV/DVD in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals. A tumble dryer is housed separately in the lockable garage rather than in the kitchen.

Both bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, share a single bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, a raised lawn area with garden seating is set aside for the exclusive use of guests staying at the property, making it a useful spot to sit with a drink.

Parking is arranged as an allocated car-port for one small car, reached via a steep slope, with further off-road spaces in the building's private car park. The lockable garage doubles as storage for bikes, surfing gear and walking boots. Electric, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the stay, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
