Boats Galore - Torquay Marina

Marina Court Apartment is a ground-floor holiday let in Torquay, on the English Riviera, with a living/dining room, kitchen and an enclosed patio. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, so couples, friends or families get a bit of separate space.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower over, basin and WC, while the twin bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a clothes airer, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi in the living space.

Central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, the enclosed patio has furniture and a clothes line, a straightforward spot to sit out.

The apartment is well placed for a seaside stay, with Torquay's sandy beaches, harbour and cafés on the doorstep, Paignton nearby for family days out, and Brixham a little further for its heritage harbour. Dartmoor National Park is within driving distance for walking routes further inland.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the property is no smoking. A public car park is available nearby, and the shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 mile and the beach 0.2 miles.
