Beach View Clifton Court

Beach View Clifton Court is a first-floor apartment in a small complex at Putsborough, sleeping two. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the shower room includes a walk-in shower and WC. A porch at the entrance gives you somewhere to stow surfboards and sandy shoes before stepping into the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Patio doors off the lounge open onto a balcony looking directly across Putsborough Beach and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Residents also have access to a heated indoor swimming pool within the complex; note that beach towels are not provided, so bring your own.

The beach is around 200 metres away, and the three-mile stretch of sand runs north towards Woolacombe, where shops, pubs and restaurants are reachable on foot. Croyde is roughly one mile away, and the village of Georgeham, with two pubs and a village shop, sits about two miles away. The South West Coast Path runs nearby for longer walks along the coast.

Private parking is provided for one car. There is no garden. Dogs are not accepted. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
