Access is via six external steps up to the front door, so it won't suit everyone, and there's no lift. The beach itself lies around 200 metres away, with the wider sands of Putsborough and Woolacombe within easy reach along the coast path.

Inside, the open-plan living space combines a corner kitchen, dining area and lounge, with French doors that open onto sea and beach views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so self-catering is straightforward. A Smart TV sits in the lounge for evenings in.

The single double bedroom is reached along a short hallway and is served by a shower room with WC. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request, which may suit visiting family with a young child, though the property itself is set up for two adults rather than a larger group.
