This contemporary apartment sits within a complex of properties close to Putsborough beach, offering a couple's retreat on a single floor with sea views from both the living space and bedroom. Access is via an internal staircase, with 36 steps leading up from the car park to the front door, so this won't suit anyone who struggles with stairs or has heavy luggage.

Inside, the open-plan living area brings together a lounge, kitchen and dining space, with patio doors that fill the room with light and frame the sea view beyond. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, while a Smart TV sits in the lounge for evenings in. The super king-size bedroom is generously proportioned with ample storage, and the fully tiled shower room has a large rainfall shower alongside the WC.

Outside, there's a patio area reached through the living room doors, though this isn't fully enclosed: a low wall runs along one side with a landscaped drop beyond, so anyone supervising children should take extra care here.
