This two-bedroom townhouse on a quiet residential road in Torquay sleeps four and sits just 320 metres from Meadfoot Beach, where swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing are all available. Private parking for one car is included, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Wood-panelled flooring and cream tones run through the ground floor. The lounge has comfortable sofas and leads directly into a fully fitted kitchen equipped with an oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table seats six, and large glass doors open onto the courtyard, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The king-size room has a TV and its own en-suite shower room with WC; the twin room is served by the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. A separate WC is also available on this floor. A washing machine is provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children.

Outside, an enclosed fenced courtyard is paved and dotted with potted plants, with a table, chairs and parasol for meals or quiet time outdoors. The South West Coast Path is around half a mile from the property for those wanting a longer walk. A pub and shop are within a mile. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
