Beach Hut - M4

This two-bedroom apartment at Woolacombe sleeps four and sits within a managed complex roughly a quarter of a mile from the beach. One allocated off-road parking space is included, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure by 10:00.

The apartment is arranged around an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Cooking is well catered for with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee machine and microwave. A Smart TV sits in the lounge, and patio doors lead out to a furnished patio on the shared leisure deck. The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and WC, while the twin room uses zip-and-link beds that can be reconfigured as a king-size on request. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath serves the rest of the apartment. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Guests have access to shared leisure facilities on site: an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all pre-bookable in one-hour slots up to two weeks before arrival by contacting the Guest Service Team. An external heated surf shower and games rooms are also available. The pool, sauna and gym run from 09:00 to 17:00 in low season and 08:00 to 18:00 in high season, and all three close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. An EV charging pod can also be pre-booked through the same team.

The beach, a local pub and a shop are all within a quarter of a mile of the complex. CCTV covers site entrances and shared areas. The property can be booked alongside accommodation sleeping a further 149 guests, making it suitable for larger group gatherings across multiple units.
