Up to four guests and two dogs are welcome, with secure on-site garage storage for bikes, surfboards and wetsuits making it a practical choice for active visits.

The open-plan living area has a lounge with two sofas, a round four-seater dining table and a 42-inch Wi-Fi-enabled Freeview Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer box and a slimline dishwasher. Both bedrooms overlook the rear gardens: one is a double, the other a twin. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

On-site private parking accommodates one car, including a VW T7. A highchair and travel cot are available for families with young children. There is no private outdoor space, though the beach is 150 metres away and the surrounding North Devon countryside suits cycling and dog walking well.

Woolacombe's beach draws surfers of all levels, with beginner classes available locally alongside windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure before 09:00.
