Babbacombe Mews

This newly built property in Torquay sits close to the town centre and sleeps four guests across two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with twin single beds, both upstairs with feature wallpapered accent walls. A bathroom with a hand-held shower and WC serves the upper floor, while a separate shower room with WC sits on the ground floor alongside the white tiled lounge and kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, bean-to-cup Jura coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with younger children. TV and DVD are provided in the lounge.

To the front, an enclosed terrace catches morning and evening sun and is furnished with a large rattan sofa, dining table and gas BBQ. A covered hot tub completes the space, though it operates from Easter to 1 October only. Private parking for one car is provided on site, and a pub and shop are each around 0.2 miles away. The nearest beach is 1 mile from the property.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The property is in a residential area, so parties are not permitted and loud music must stop by 23:00. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
