Sitting on a hillside above the waterfront in Torquay, this two-bedroom apartment enters at road level yet opens onto sweeping panoramic views of the bay, harbour and Torre Abbey Sands from its elevated seaward side. The ground-floor arrangement means no internal stairs to navigate once inside, and secure gated underground parking for one car connects directly to the shared hallway via a lift.

The living area is arranged around leather Chesterfield sofas and armchairs, with large windows and a glass door opening straight onto the private balcony. A four-seater dining table sits in the same open space, which leads through to the kitchen equipped with an electric oven, halogen hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Smart TVs with DVD players feature in both the living room and the twin room, and the king-size bedroom has its own wall-mounted Smart TV along with a glass door to the balcony and an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. The main bathroom has underfloor heating and a corner bath; a highchair is available and guests are welcome to bring a travel cot.

The private balcony is the practical heart of the stay, furnished with a patio table and four chairs for alfresco meals, with sightlines reaching across Torbay to Berry Head cliffs. Three floors below, a shared landscaped garden faces the sea and gives private access to the Royal Terrace Gardens and the seafront promenade. BBQs are not permitted anywhere at the property, no dogs are accepted, and stag or hen parties are not allowed.

An EV charger with a Type 2 socket is available on site at an additional charge. The apartment suits up to four guests across the two bedrooms, with arrival from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
