Aqua Vista

Set on the second floor of a seafront complex in Torquay, this two-bedroom apartment looks south across the bay and catches the sun from early morning until late evening. A lift serves all floors from street level, and one space of secure gated undercover parking is included; a larger car park behind the building and roadside parking are both available at an extra charge.

The open-plan living area runs the full width of the building, with the kitchen, dining table for four and sitting area all sharing the sea view. A smart TV is mounted in the lounge and a second in the super-king bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while a utility cupboard in the hallway holds a combined washer-dryer, iron and board. The en-suite shower room with WC serves the super-king bedroom; the super-king zip-and-link bedroom uses the separate bathroom, which has both a bath and a shower.

Sliding doors from the living space and from each bedroom open onto the south-facing balcony, furnished with seating and storage. The beach is around 50 metres from the building, putting morning swims and evening walks within easy reach without any driving.

Capacity is four guests. Dogs are not permitted. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00.
