5 Manor Park

5 Manor Park is a single-storey caravan set on the coastal path in Bucks Cross, within reach of Bideford. The open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge sit under distant sea views from the sitting room windows, and a short walk from the door leads down to Bucks Mills Beach or onto the South West Coast Path.

The caravan sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, a double and two twins, served by a shower room and a separate cloakroom with its own basin and WC. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and gas central heating runs throughout.

The holiday park has an on-site indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, a children's play area, a restaurant and bar, a clubhouse and a supermarket. Outside the caravan itself, a non-enclosed wraparound garden has lawn and furniture for sitting out. A few steps lead up to the entrance, and off-road parking is available.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. WiFi is available but not included in the rent; guests need to contact the owner directly. Smoking is not permitted, the property takes a minimum stay of 3 nights, and it can be booked together with 6 Manor Park next door for groups of up to 12.
