Loxhore

Loxhore, marketed as near Barnstaple in Devon, is the setting for The Retreat At Smythapark, a one-bedroom property for two. A lobby area leads into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with bi-folding doors onto a patio, a wood burner and a TV/DVD. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a dishwasher, with a breakfast bar looking out over the surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, the sole bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. Outside, an enclosed patio has garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with a field for exercising dogs, off-road parking and lockable bike storage. Heating comes from electric and electric underfloor systems, with wood burner logs included, and the property has a private water supply. Up to one small or medium dog is welcomed here, with additional charges applying.
