This converted barn stands on a working farm in countryside near Kings Heanton, surrounded by open fields. It accommodates two guests in a super-king-size bed that converts to twin beds on request. Award-winning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands lie within 10 miles, popular for surfing and water sports. Saunton Golf Club's 36-hole championship links course sits 7.5 miles away, and the Tarka Trail provides 180 miles of off-road cycling routes. Exmoor National Park, 10 miles distant, is where Exmoor ponies roam the moorland and red deer inhabit the woodlands.

The fully equipped kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. A Smart TV in the living area provides evening entertainment from the comfy sofa. The shower room has a walk-in shower and WC, with towels included. One car can be parked on site, and the nearest pub is 1.5 miles away with shops 4 miles distant.

The private enclosed garden includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit and charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining on sunny days. A private hot tub is available for evening soaks. One dog is welcome; additional charges may apply.
