Gidcott Cottage sits within the owner’s grounds in the countryside near Holsworthy and accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other a twin zip-and-link arrangement, convertible to a king-size on request; each has its own en-suite wet room shower room with WC and a Smart TV. The single-storey layout means all rooms are on the ground floor.

The open-plan living space centres on a wood burner, comfortable seating and a dining area that flows into the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside, a streamside lawn is reserved for guests’ use and includes a hot tub, garden seating and a charcoal BBQ. Private off-road parking for two cars sits directly outside. Travel cots and highchairs are available, though dogs are not permitted. An unfenced stream runs alongside the garden, so children require supervision outdoors.
