Wren Cottage

Wren Cottage is one of the ground-floor cottages at Widmouth Farm, Watermouth, between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. It's a whitewashed semi-detached cottage for two, entirely on one level, with a double bedroom, a compact shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, and the sitting room has a Smart TV and WiFi. A shared utility room nearby holds two coin-operated washing machines, a coin-operated tumble dryer, an iron and a spare fridge and freezer. Electric central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, or two small dogs, though the cottage does not suit large dogs. The farm has a shared dog exercise field, a shared private beach around 500 yards away, a shared courtyard with furniture, a picnic area and a playground. Because of its size, the cottage is not suitable for infants.

A designated parking space is provided, and the property is smoke-free. Changeovers here run Monday and Friday only, with a minimum stay of three nights, and a refundable housekeeping bond applies. The shop and pub are around 1.5 miles away.
