Robins Downs

Robins Downs is a single-storey home in Ilfracombe, a short walk from the harbour, set within mature garden planting that gives the plot some privacy. There are 43 steps down from the parking area to the property, so it suits guests who are comfortable with stairs. The home sleeps 2 in a single king-size bedroom, which can be set up as a zip-link twin on request.

The bedroom is served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Living space is open-plan, combining the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with ice box, a slimline dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

A TV and WiFi cover evenings in, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, at the bottom of the 43 steps down from the road.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, decking, furniture and a pizza oven, a good spot for cooking outdoors on a warm evening. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome, and the property is no smoking throughout. The nearest shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles, and the beach 1.1 miles.
