This first-floor apartment sits above Croyde beach and sleeps four guests across two bedrooms, making it suited to couples or a small family. There is no lift, so guests need to manage a flight of stairs to reach the apartment with luggage. The beach is close by, with a private gate giving direct access onto the sand.

The open-plan lounge and diner has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table, along with sea views over Croyde Bay. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with seating, a good spot for a coffee overlooking the waves. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and a dishwasher, useful for self-catering during a longer stay.

The double and twin bedrooms share a single bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. Outside, guests can use a shared lawned garden area with benches overlooking the beach. On-site parking is provided, and shops and pubs are within walking distance, handy for picking up supplies or an evening meal without needing the car.

One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am. The apartment's first-floor position without lift access is worth factoring in when planning for mobility needs or heavy luggage, and the shared garden means outdoor space is not exclusive to this apartment alone.
