West View

West View is a single-storey house near the River Lew in Northlew, a Devon village on the edge of Dartmoor. Steps lead down to the garden from the patio doors, so care is needed there, and an enclosed rear garden has lawn, decking and furniture. Designated off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, with EV charging available at a supplementary charge agreed with the owner.

The house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV: a super-king-size room that can be made up as a twin on request, and a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A separate bathroom has a corner bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC. The kitchen/diner has a double range electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and a utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Oil central heating runs throughout, and the sitting room has an electric fire and a Smart TV. WiFi is included, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, though dogs are not permitted on the furniture and charges may apply for a breach. Smoking is not allowed. The pub is around 0.5 miles away and the river around 0.2 miles; the shop is 4.6 miles away, with a mobile shop visiting Northlew on Fridays.
