West Ridge Bungalow

West Ridge Bungalow sits in more than 1.5 acres of its own gardens close to Seaton, attached to the owner's main residence, with a driveway leading to the front door. The single-storey bungalow sleeps 2 in one bedroom with a super king-size bed that can be made up as twins on request.

Inside there's a shower room with a walk-in shower and basin, a separate cloakroom with WC, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a hairdryer, and there's a TV with DVD player and WiFi. Gas central heating is backed up by three additional oil-filled radiators, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

A large rear garden runs into a paddock and orchard, with a patio at the front and garden furniture supplied. Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. Parking is available for 2 cars, and bookings run to a minimum of 3 nights.

A washing machine can be arranged free of charge through the owner, though it isn't kept in the bungalow itself. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop and pub are both under a mile away.
