Florin

This first-floor apartment forms part of a renovated building in Seaton, reached via a shared communal entrance hall. It suits two guests looking for a compact base close to the town centre, with high ceilings, oak flooring and original beams giving the interior some character alongside its contemporary finish.

The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge space, with an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher all provided. A spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, though the stairs are steep and worth noting if mobility is a concern for anyone in your group.

The bathroom sits on the first floor with a walk-in rainfall shower, WC and heated towel rail. There is no private outdoor space attached to the apartment, though nearby gardens and the beach, both within a short walk, offer places to spend time outside. A complimentary permit allows parking in three local car parks rather than at the property itself.

Internet access is available, and the pub, shop and beach are all under half a mile away. This apartment does not accept children or dogs, so it suits couples or pairs of adult friends. Check-in runs from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
