Waves End

Waves End is a one-bedroom apartment on The Esplanade in Woolacombe, arranged across two floors and rated for two guests. Twenty steps lead up to the property, making it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. Private parking for one car is provided on site.

The ground floor holds a living room with a bay window, leather corner sofa and easy chairs, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a cloakroom with WC. Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, Nescafé Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine; a tumble dryer is housed in the outside storage area off the kitchen. Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own bay window, en-suite bathroom, TV and a small decked balcony with views over nearby National Trust land. A separate bathroom and a small additional bedroom are also on the first floor; bedding for the extra room is available on request and does not count toward the stated capacity of two.

Outside, a small front patio with garden furniture provides a spot to sit, and the storage area is accessible directly from the kitchen. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for families travelling with young children.

The beach is less than a mile away, and shops and a pub are within 0.3 miles. The coastal path is easily reached from The Esplanade, with walking and cycling routes along the North Devon coast. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
