A 55-inch Smart TV and blackout blinds serve the living area, while the bedroom has a 42-inch Smart TV. The bathroom offers a bath with a shower over it. A portable air-conditioning unit is provided, and laundry access is available via a shared laundry room on site.

Shared gardens are accessible through the front gate, though a set of steps leads down to them. A shortcut from the gardens continues to the seafront. Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. No dogs are permitted at this property.

Shops and restaurants are around 0.2 miles away and the beach approximately 0.4 miles. A welcome pack and bottle of Prosecco are included on arrival; guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
