The Old Paddock

Built in 2022, this property sits near Bridgerule, with a village shop and pub within 500 metres. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms and suits families or groups wanting modern, purpose-built accommodation with easy access to the coast around Bude.

The ground floor centres on a contemporary kitchen and dining room with bi-folding doors opening to the garden, alongside a separate lounge with a Smart TV and PS4. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a shower room with WC on this level. Upstairs, the four bedrooms include a king-size room with French doors onto a Juliet balcony, a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite shower room, a second king-size room that can be made up as a twin on request, a double and a twin, served by a further family bathroom.

Outside, an enclosed and gated lawn garden includes a patio area, garden furniture and a hot tub, with privacy assured around the hot tub despite external security cameras used to monitor parking and entry points. Ample private off-road parking is available on the driveway. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, though cot bedding is not supplied.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying. Mobile signal in the area is variable, though internet access is available at the property. The property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season, and board games, books and beach items are provided for guest use.
