The Dairy

The Dairy is a converted barn in Bridgerule, the only Devon village west of the River Tamar. It is arranged reverse-level, with three bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs, and sleeps 6 in total.

On the lower level, a hallway leads to the king-size bedroom with its en-suite walk-in shower, plus a double and a twin bedroom, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams run through the open kitchen and dining space and a separate sitting room, both lit by roof windows, and the sitting room opens onto a balcony.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a washer/dryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi throughout. Central heating covers the whole house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little extra to arrange. A highchair is available on request for younger guests.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, furniture, a barbecue and a firepit, with room for children and dogs to play on the grass. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join the stay. Smoking is not permitted inside. The nearest shop is 0.9 miles away, with a pub around 0.8 miles.
