Dovecote Barn

Dovecote Barn is a reverse-level conversion near Bridgerule, close to Bude and the North Cornwall coast, sleeping up to six guests across three king-size bedrooms. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with its own en-suite shower room, alongside a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath. A utility room by the front door has a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space for coats, boots and beach kit.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to a double-height open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen space, along with a separate WC on this upper level. The lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player, while the dining area seats all six guests together. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a kitchen island for extra preparation space.

Outside, a staircase from the upper level leads down to an enclosed garden with a firepit, and a smaller courtyard area sits to the rear of the property. A charcoal barbecue is available in peak season, on the condition that it is left clean at the end of the stay. Parking is provided for two cars in the front courtyard, with two further allocated spaces at the rear accessed via a farm track. Electric vehicle charging is available on site, though it is pay-as-you-go via a mobile app and shared with the neighbouring barn.

The property welcomes up to three small to medium dogs, with larger dogs considered on enquiry and additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. The beach is around five miles away, with a pub and shop a short drive from the property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
